ESD#5 & ELBVFD now ISO-8B rated

The areas supported by ELBVFD & ESD#5 are now rated ISO-8B (up from ISO-10).  This is a direct result of the efforts to upgrade the equipment, and volunteer fire fighter training since the inception of ESD#5.  The new ISO rating may have a direct impact on lowering the cost of your fire insurance.
